The job, straight

- Team drivingTwo drivers per truck, refrigerated freight across 43 states.
- Home every few daysMost teams run 3 to 4 days out and get a day or two at home in Florida. It isn't weekends off.
- Night workTrips leave our warehouse between about 9 PM and midnight, and many deliveries happen at night.
- Touch freightYou'll unload with a manual pallet jack, off the trailer and onto the customer's dock.
- Trip planned before you leaveTrailers are preloaded and reloads are scheduled ahead, so you know the whole trip up front.
- Training providedNew drivers start with a trainer. Recent trucking school graduates are welcome to apply.
Eighty years of flowers
Armellini started in New Jersey. Florida was growing flowers, so the company built a terminal in Palm City, and we've hauled flowers since day one. You'll meet the people you work with face to face, and dispatch is here 24 hours a day.
One of our drivers has been here 12 years. She stays because dispatch knows her and cares what's going on in her life.
